Breathe, Labor, Birth Three-part Childbirth Class @ Indian River Medical Center

Join us in this class to increase your confidence in the birthing process as you gain a better understanding of what to expect during the last few weeks of pregnancy and early labor. Learn some calming techniques.
As we continue on in this series, we will discuss the labor process and how to work with your body’s own rhythms. Learn some valuable tools and skills. We will highlight the important role of the partner. Practice some massage and positions. We will discuss epidurals and other forms of labor management.
This final class of the series begins with the birth of the baby. Watch a video of a birth. Learn about what to expect in those most important first few hours and days.
