About Roy Carrington Mason, D.O.
R. Carrington Mason, DO, FACS, earned his osteopathic degree at Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, Texas. After completing his osteopathic internship at Dallas-Ft. Worth Medical Center in Grand Prairie, Texas, he completed his general surgery residency at Methodist Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, and his urological surgery residency at Louisiana State University/Ochsner Foundation Hospital and Clinic in New Orleans, Louisiana. Before joining the staff at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital, Dr. Mason served as the Medical Director at Texas Urology Specialists. He has been the keynote speaker at national and international conferences on a range of urological topics including prostate cancer and complications from renal transplantation. Dr. Mason is board certified in urology and has more than 14 years of experience performing robotic prostatectomy.
